Due to the high computational costs of generating AI assets, we are unable to process refunds once a subscription has been activated or renewed. Please read below for details.

1. No Refund Policy

Adremake operates as a high-performance AI generation tool. Every time you click "Generate" or "Remake," we incur significant direct costs from our GPU providers and AI model partners to render your assets in real-time.

Because these costs are immediate and non-recoverable for us, we strictly do not offer refunds for any subscription payments, partial months, or unused credits.

2. Cancellation

You have full control to cancel your subscription at any time.

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your plan directly from your dashboard or billing portal before your next renewal date.
  • Access: If you cancel, you will retain full access to all features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Retroactive Refunds: Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strict, we are humans, not robots. If you believe a billing error has occurred (e.g., you were double-charged for the same month), please contact support immediately. We review these technical errors on a case-by-case basis.
